"How I Changed My Life" Reflections On A Year In Coaching
It's been a really exciting year for me as I've started my venture into personal coaching.
I've had so many experiences, some good, some not so good....it's really a lot like life.
From launching my website and blog, creating and managing my Facebook page, to completing my Coaching qualification, undertaking study and research into the latest coaching themes and practices, and of course taking on real life clients and helping them to reach their objectives.
I've set up an operating base from where I observe life going on around me, to gain inspiration for my reading and writing; I'm grateful for the support and a supply of hot drinks on request ;-)
And I've built a network of colleagues within the coaching community of Dublin and Ireland, and beyond, whom are consistently supportive, educational and inspirational.
I can honestly say I've enjoyed every moment of it, getting a kick out of the things that worked, and learning from the things that didn't.
It's those learning experiences that are the most useful, of course. With each 'failure' (these are mini failures, actually micro failures, let's not exaggerate), new ideas are generated. In fact too many for me to put into place in a short space of time. So I have a long pipeline of projects coming in 2016 and beyond. I can't wait to show you, but some of them will have to wait.
It was a big deal for me to do this, make a change, head down different path. I left an awful lot behind.
With no regrets. No looking back, only looking forward.
I’m just an ordinary guy, and I know this…if I can do it, anyone can.
Thank you for all your support over the last twelve months. Every 'like', 'comment' and 'share' is really valuable to me as feedback to help me improve. So please continue to interact with me, and I'll continue to be my best for you every day.
Keep your eyes here for more of the same, and plenty of new stuff to interest you, inspire you, reassure you, support you and drive you to be the best that you can be.
